🪑 Stylist (Level 1–2) — 2–3 Years Experience
Who you are:

Licensed cosmetologist with 2–3 years behind the chair

What you'll do:

Provide consultations (avg. 15 min) and deliver beautiful color, cuts, and styling services

Build and maintain a loyal clientele through rebooking, referrals, and guest experience

Participate in ongoing Aveda education (in-person and virtual)

Contribute to a team-first culture — supporting your colleagues and maintaining salon standards

Meet KPIs around rebooking, retention, and retail recommendations
What success looks like:

Consistent pre-booking rate (goal: 55%+)

✂️ Experienced Stylist (Level 3–4) — 5+ Years Experience
Who you are:

Licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years of experience and a strong, loyal clientele (or the ability to build one quickly)

You specialize in one or more of: balayage, blondes, brunette work, extensions, textured/curly hair, or hair loss solutions
-
You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your career and leads by example

You value sustainability, guest experience, and continued growth
What you'll do:

Deliver high-level services including advanced color, extensions (beaded weft), and precision cutting

Maintain a full book with strong rebooking, retention, and average ticket ($150+)

Mentor junior stylists and contribute to salon leadership and culture

Represent Indigo Collective as a brand ambassador in the community and on social media

Meet and exceed KPIs across all performance categories

FAQ
What's the schedule?
We operate on a 4-day work week.
Salon hours are Wed–Thu 11am–8pm, Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 9am–4pm.
We'll discuss your preferred schedule during the interview.
Do you offer benefits?
Yes! We take care of our people.
Do you offer booth rental?
No. We're a commission/team-based salon. Everyone contributes to and benefits from the collective.
Do I need to bring a clientele?
For Level 3–4, a following is preferred.
For Level 1–2, we'll help you build — but you need to be proactive.
What products do you use?
Exclusively Aveda — vegan, cruelty-free, and high-performance.
